These prints are made by hand by William Arnold using entirely optical analogue processes on either Ilford or Foma fibre-based silver-gelatin papers, the traditional standard for fine-art exhibiton media. While open-edition and printed as consistently as possible, this process renders each technically unique.
The works here are an homage to Edwardian gardener and proto-modernist photographer Charles Jones.
